FlowHub Sign is a template-based document generation and signature system designed to automate contractual workflows. The system allows defining HTML templates with dynamic placeholders that are automatically replaced with real data when generating a document associated with a person. The generation engine enables reusable document structures, decoupling contractual content from data logic. Once the document is generated, the system supports different signature flows, including multi-signature scenarios such as legal representation for minors. The system integrates with automation pipelines through n8n, enabling subsequent actions such as automatic email delivery and document archival in external storage environments.
